Silverback Rage LLC operates an online apparel store selling clothing products directly to customers through this website.

6. Shipping & Fulfillment

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is successfully confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated on the Site.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Silverback Rage LLC is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier and tracking has been provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Return eligibility, refund processing, and exchange terms are detailed in our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Customers are responsible for reviewing that policy before completing a purchase.
